Delete your data

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Arrow Zip: Tap Away Puzzle (by HDC Studio) has no accounts. Your data lives in three places; here is how to delete each of them. See the Privacy Policy for what each one contains.

1. On your phone

Your progress, coins, album and settings are stored on your device. Uninstall the game, or open Android Settings › Apps › Arrow Zip › Storage › Clear storage, to delete them.

2. Your cloud copy and leaderboard entry

The copy of your progress on our server and your leaderboard entry are linked only to a random player ID. Delete them yourself in the game: Settings › Delete cloud data › Delete. This removes the saved copy, the leaderboard entry, any transfer code, coins added by support and the purchase events linked to that player ID, on every phone where you play, and turns cloud save off (progress on the phone itself stays). If you no longer have the game installed, the copy is linked to no name or contact detail, so we can only find it from your leaderboard name (for example "Sunny Otter 482" - names are not unique, so tell us your level too) or a Google Play order number: email us at dev.hdcstudio@gmail.com and we will tell you what we found and delete it within 30 days.

3. Purchase records

Every installation that goes online gets a minimal record at our purchase-validation service (RevenueCat) under a random player ID: app version, country and when it was last seen. It is not linked to your name or Google account, and if you never bought anything we have no way to tell which record is yours; it simply stops being updated once you uninstall the game. If you bought coin packs, your purchases are kept in that record, and our server keeps a copy of each purchase event (deleted with your cloud data, or by email with the order number). To have it and the related data RevenueCat holds for that player ID deleted, email us at dev.hdcstudio@gmail.com with the Google Play order number (it starts with "GPA.") from your purchase receipt email, the date and the pack you bought, so we can find your records. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm. Google Play's own order records (needed for refunds and tax) are kept by Google as described in its policy.
