Terms of Service

These terms apply to Arrow Zip: Tap Away Puzzle ("the game"), made by HDC Studio ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the game you accept them. If you do not accept them, please uninstall the game.

1. Who can play

The game is suitable for all ages. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, a parent or guardian should read these terms with you.

2. Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install the game on devices you own or control and to play it for your own non-commercial entertainment.

3. What you may not do

• copy, resell, rent or distribute the game or any part of it;
• decompile, reverse engineer or modify the game, except where the law expressly allows it;
• use cheats, bots, modified versions or other tools that change how the game works;
• use the game in a way that breaks the law or the rules of the store you got it from.

4. Coins, boosters and other virtual items

• Coins, boosters and album pictures — earned in the game or bought with real money — are a limited licence to use a game feature, not property, and have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and they cannot be moved to another game.
• They are saved on your device and, while cloud save is on, in a copy on our server (see the Privacy Policy). Without that copy - for example after you deleted your cloud data, or if the device never went online - uninstalling the game, clearing its data or changing devices may lose them, including items you paid for.
• We may rebalance prices, rewards and levels in updates to keep the game fair and fun.

5. Purchases

• Coin packs are sold through Google Play at the price shown in the game, in your local currency. The payment is made with Google Play and is subject to its terms.
• Packs are added to your game as soon as the payment is confirmed. If a payment is still pending, the items are added when it completes.
• Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. If you were charged but did not receive your items, contact us with the Google Play order number (it starts with "GPA.", in your purchase receipt email) and we will fix it or refund it.
• Items obtained through refunded, charged-back or fraudulent payments, or through modified versions of the game, may be removed.
• If you are under the age of majority, ask a parent or guardian before buying.

The game contains no advertising. If a future version adds it, these terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated before that version is released.

6. Ownership

The game — its code, levels, art, sounds, names and logos — belongs to HDC Studio or its licensors. The album pictures are based on Noto Emoji (Google, SIL Open Font License 1.1) and some sounds are used under free licences (see Settings › Credits in the game). These terms do not give you any rights to them except the licence in section 2.

7. Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop offering the game, or any feature of it, at any time. Some updates may be needed to keep playing.

8. No warranty

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be free of bugs, interruptions or loss of progress.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, HDC Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of progress or virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

10. Ending these terms

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the game. Your licence ends automatically if you break these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will let you know in the game or on its store page. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
