Pour Master

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

This policy explains how Pour Master ("the game"), made by HDC Studio ("we", "us"), handles information. In short: your game is saved on your phone and, when you are signed in to Google Play Games, in your Google Play Games account so you can continue on another phone; if you open the leaderboard, the number of levels you have cleared is shown there too. The only other data that leaves your phone is what the coin shop needs: prices and purchase records. There are no accounts of our own, no analytics and no advertising.

1. Information stored on your device

To keep your game going, the game saves data such as your level progress, coins, boosters, owned and selected backgrounds, daily challenge and task progress, settings (sound, vibration, language, colorblind mode) and a list of your recent purchases with their order numbers on your device. We cannot see or access it.

2. Cloud save with Google Play Games

If your phone is signed in to Google Play Games, the game signs in automatically (or when you tap Settings › Cloud save › Sign in or the trophy button) and keeps a copy of your progress in Google Play Games' saved games, so that reinstalling the game or moving to a new phone keeps your levels, coins and purchases. The copy contains your level progress, coins, win streak, chest progress, boosters, owned and selected backgrounds, daily challenge, gift and task progress, a few one-time flags (for example whether you were already asked to rate the game) and the record of purchases already delivered (product, date, order number and the purchase-validation transaction ID, so that a purchase is never delivered twice). Sound, vibration, language and colorblind settings stay on each phone.

The copy is stored by Google in your Google Play Games account (shown there with your current level); we do not receive it and cannot see it. Signing in also lets Google Play Games know that you play this game, as described in Google's policy. If you are not signed in, or sign-in is not available, the game works the same, only without the cloud copy. You can delete the copy from your Google Play Games settings (its data for this game, or your whole Play Games profile), or ask us how by email.

3. Leaderboard

The Home screen has a trophy button for the Google Play Games leaderboard Highest level. Only after you have opened it once with your Play Games account, the game sends Google the number of levels you have cleared (a number from 1 to 500) while you are signed in. Google shows the leaderboard to other players together with your Google Play Games profile name and picture; who can see you depends on your Google Play Games profile visibility settings. Nothing else about you or your game is sent. You can hide your profile or delete your Play Games data for this game in your Google Play Games settings. If you never open the leaderboard, or are not signed in, no score is sent.

4. In-app purchases

You can buy coin packs with real money. Payments are handled by Google Play; we never see your card or payment details. To check that each purchase is genuine and to deliver what you paid for, the game uses RevenueCat, a purchase-validation service that acts on our behalf. Each time the game starts (when your device is online), it contacts Google Play and RevenueCat to load the prices and to deliver any purchase that was paid but not yet delivered; when you buy, it contacts them again. RevenueCat receives:

We have switched off RevenueCat's collection of advertising and device identifiers. This data is used only to validate and deliver purchases, to answer your support requests and for our own sales bookkeeping. It is never sold and never used for advertising.

5. Permissions

6. Third-party services

The game contains no analytics, advertising or tracking services. Google Play's billing library and the Google Play Games SDK may send Google diagnostic data about the payment and sign-in flows, as described in Google's policy.

7. Keeping and deleting your data

Data on your device stays until you uninstall the game or clear its storage. We hold no copy of it: progress can only be restored from the Google Play Games copy (section 2). Purchase records are kept by Google Play and RevenueCat for as long as needed for bookkeeping, refunds and legal obligations. To have the purchase records linked to your player ID deleted, email us from Settings › Help in the game (it fills in your player ID) and we will delete them within 30 days. Step-by-step instructions: Delete your data.

8. Children

The game is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 and the game has no features that ask for it. Signing in to Google Play Games is optional. When signed in and after opening the leaderboard, the player's Play Games profile name and highest level can be seen by other players; parents can manage or hide a child's Play Games profile in the Google Play Games and Family Link settings. Purchases are made through Google Play, where parents can require approval for every purchase in Google Play's family settings.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export personal data about you, and to object to its processing. Contact us with your player ID (shown in the mail written by Settings › Help) and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Changes to this policy

If a future version changes what is processed — for example by adding advertising — we will update this policy before that version is released. The date at the top shows the latest version.
